You will divide into groups and look at one of the three reasons an author creates a story.  Your group will then take your expertise and teach the rest of the class by sharing a powerpoint slide and several book examples of the purpose.  Next, each student will choose a idea and plan a story.  You will create your story and publish it into a book with illustrations.  You will then design and present a powerpoint to sell your book to the publisher.
